The conference will take place at the heart of Venice, Italy. Venice is one of the world\u2019s great cities for art and culture. It also has a strong tradition in design, creativity and craft. Venice is also one of world\u2019s most beautiful cities \u2013 a place that recognizes the importance of aesthetic in its buildings, its activities and its people. Moreover, during each summer, the city becomes one of the world\u2019s largest arts and architecture festivals. During the summer of 2022, Venice will be hosting the Arts Biennale. <\/p>

Furthermore, Venice is compact \u2013 a small city that is fully pedestrianized and easy to move around \u2013 ideal for accessibility and movement to and the conference, and between conference sites.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tThe primary conference is the the Venice International University Campus at San Servolo. San Servolo is an island in the Venetian Lagoon, to the southeast of San Giorgio Maggiore. Earlier\u00a0housing a monastery of Benedictine monks, later an asylum for the insane, the island is how home to a museum, Venice International University and the prestigious International College of Ca\u2019\u00a0Foscari University. The Isola is a secluded and dedicated site, near the centre of Venice. It provides a beautiful, inspiration and reflective location for a conference about\u00a0creativity and cognition. To reach this conference site, you will need to catch one of the public boat services – a vapoetto each morning – from San Zaccaria, just to the east of St Mark\u2019s Square. The tickets to travel on the boats will be included in your delegate fee, and you will receive them at pre-registration at allocated sites in Venice. These tickets will also be valid to travel to the conference art exhibition on the island of Giudecca on the 22nd<\/sup> June.\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
