This page provides the information about C&C\u201922\u2019s pre-registration and registration process, once you have arrived in Venice.<\/p>\n

Prior to or when you arrive at the conference, you will receive two envelopes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The first is your registration pack \u2013 conference materials such as timetable, etc;<\/li>\n
  2. The second contains your travel card that you can use on Venice\u2019s public transport \u2013 boats, buses and trams \u2013 to reach and leave the conference venue each day. The travel card has been included in the conference fee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Why are these separate? The answer is simple. C&C\u201922 is taking place on one of Venice\u2019s many islands, and the easiest way to reach it is via public transport. Therefore, if you are registering on a conference day, you will need to collect your travel ticket beforehand, in order to reach the island and register.<\/p>\n

    Details of how to collect A (your registration pack) and B (your travel card) are provided below.<\/p>\n

    Conference Pre-Registration on Sunday 19th<\/sup> June<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    A conference pre-registration desk will be available on Sunday 19th<\/sup> June in Venice, at the site of the pre-conference public event:<\/p>\n

    Location:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Querini Stampalia<\/p>\n

    Time:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 15.00H to 18.30H<\/p>\n

    At this pre-registration desk, you will be able to collect both A (your registration pack) and B (your travel card). You\u2019ll be ready to go.<\/p>\n

    Conference Pre-Registration on Monday 20th<\/sup> June<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    A conference pre-registration desk will be available on Monday 20th<\/sup> June in Venice, near the San Zaccaria stop for the boat which will take you to the main conference venue:<\/p>\n

    Location:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hotel Wildner, Riva degli Schiavoni, opposite San Zaccaria Boat Stop \u2018B\u2019<\/p>\n

    Time:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 17.45H to 19.00H<\/p>\n

    At this pre-registration desk, you will encounter our team engaging in an old Venetian tradition and sipping a spritz in the sunshine at the front of the restaurant\/caf\u00e9 space. Again, you will be able to collect both A (your registration pack) and B (your travel card), then you\u2019ll be ready to go.<\/p>\n

    Travel Card Collection on Monday 20th<\/sup>, Tuesday 21st<\/sup>, Wednesday 22nd<\/sup>\u00a0and Thursday 23rd<\/sup>\u00a0June<\/h3>\n

    You will be to collect your travel card as you travel to the conference, so that you can reach San Servolo and register there. Our team will be available with your travel card in front of the San Zaccaria Boat Stop \u2018B\u2019, so that you can collect and travel without fear of penalty.
