The following visa information can help facilitate your participation at C&C 2022. <\/p>\n

The ACM does not issue formal invitation letters to the C&C 2022 conference but they can provide a Support Letter that you can submit with your visa application. <\/p>\n

Information and application for Visa Support Letters can be found here: https:\/\/www.acm.org\/special-interest-groups\/volunteer-resources\/conference-planning\/conference-registration#Visa<\/a>. Request for a Visa Support Letter requires that you have registered for the conference on C&C 2022 registration site which will open in spring. <\/p>\n

Financial Travel Support for Students and Early Researchers Attending C&C 2022<\/h2>\n
Gary Marsden Travel Awards (GMTA) supports undergraduate and graduate students, as well as early-career researchers (i.e., those who are \u2264 5 years post-graduation) in attending SIGCHI supported conferences.<\/div>\n

First-time presenters, researchers\/ presenters suffering from financial hardship or lacking institutional support are prioritized for these awards. Presenting accepted C&C 2021 submissions at C&C 2022 – Expression of Interest
<\/b><\/h2>\n

We offer the option to one author of each accepted C&C 2021 submission, to register for C&C 2022 at 10% discount fees, in order to present in person their C&C 2021 submission.<\/p>\n

In order to plan for these additional attendees, we ask each lead author to register their Expression of Interest of taking up this offer to attend in person C&C 2022. Please fill in this simple form: here<\/a> by February 28 2022.<\/p>\n
