This fee includes access to the main conference venue, the conference reception, art exhibit, coffee and snacks during the main program.

No fee is required to exhibit at the art exhibition, or to attend the art exhibition.

Tutorials and Workshops Add On Fees (13th July 2026)

Note: Tutorial and Workshop fees are add-ons to the Main Conference fee. You must register for the Main Conference to access any of these Workshop or Tutorial add-ons. The cost of an add-on is per Workshop or Tutorial.

In-Person Conference

The C&C ‘26 conference will take place in-person in London (UK). You must attend in-person to participate in the conference. The registration desk will be available online to assist with any inquiries during the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Up to and including 13th June 2026, the registration fee will be refunded less the £100 administration fee. After 13th June 2026, no refunds on registration fees will be made. Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference, you will be charged your participation fee and required to settle any outstanding balances. Notification of cancellations should be made by email to registration2026@cc.acm.org. If you do not send an email confirming that you wish to cancel your place at the conference you will still be liable to pay the fees. Substitutions can be made at any time. All applicable refunds will be made after the conference. Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds. In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organizers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred.
