Cognition, especially demonstrations focused on this year\u2019s conference theme of <span class=\"highlight\">Creativity for Change<\/span> (see Call for Papers). This includes\u2014but is not limited to\u2014demonstrations of novel interfaces, systems, materials, devices, games, techno-craft, and other interactive experiences. Submissions should specifically describe how demos will invite participation from or otherwise engage the conference attendees.<\/p>\n<p>Accepted submissions will be published in the ACM digital library. Demos will be showcased at the conference during a dedicated poster-demo session.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"h3-title\">Submission Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"content\">\n    <div class=\"text\">\n<p>The submission should be up to 2000 words (excluding titles, references and figure\/table captions) and be prepared using the <a href=\"https:\/\/authors.acm.org\/proceedings\/production-information\">ACM submission template<\/a> (Latex and Word templates are available) in single-column format. The submission should include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anonymized demo abstract (2000 words limit excluding references) prepared in the single-column ACM Submission Template. Submissions longer than 2000 words will be automatically rejected. Please refer to the ACM publication workflow for more information on the single-column template.<\/li>\n<li>Anonymized supplementary PDF describing the technical requirements of the demonstration.<\/li>\n<li>Anonymized video figure (optional, strongly encouraged). Your submission may be accompanied by a short video or by other supplementary material. Video figures should not be longer than 5 minutes. The <a href=\"https:\/\/chi2021.acm.org\/for-authors\/presenting\/papers\/guide-to-a-successful-video-submission\">CHI<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/uist.acm.org\/uist2018\/video-guide\">UIST<\/a> guidelines to producing video figures are useful. Video figures should be anonymized as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The total size of all submitted materials, including a video figure, should not exceed 100 MB.<br> Please follow appropriate guidelines to make your submission accessible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Submission that are not anonymised, do not use the correct template and\/or exceed the wordcounts will be desk rejected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"h3-title\">Where to Submit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"content\">\n    <div class=\"text\">\n<p>Please <a href=\"https:\/\/new.precisionconference.com\/submissions\">submit via the Precision Conference (PCS)<\/a> website.<\/p>\n\n<p>Once you have logged into the PCS website, select the following options under \u201cSubmissions\u201d and click the Go button.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Society: SIGCHI<\/li>\n<li>Conference\/Journal: Creativity &amp; Cognition 2026<\/li>\n<li>Track: Creativity &amp; Cognition 2026 Demos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"h3-title\">Selection Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"content\">\n    <div class=\"text\">\n<p>Demonstrations will be juried and reviewed by a committee with external reviewers. Authors who submit may expect to receive light feedback of up to a few paragraphs in length. Demonstrations that cannot be reasonably accommodated based on the requirements described by the authors will be rejected.<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrations will be reviewed independent of other tracks. Therefore, for example, if authors want to submit both a demonstration and a poster, the authors need to make two separate submissions, one for the demonstration and one for the poster track, as described in the respective calls. However, both submissions must address significantly different aspects of the research to warrant two publications and presentations. Incomplete and incorrect submission content or formats will be rejected. Late submissions are not permitted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"h3-title\">Publications Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"content\">\n    <div class=\"text\">\n<ol>\n<li>\nBy submitting your article to an ACM Publication, you are hereby acknowledging that you and your co-authors are subject to all ACM Publications Policies, including ACM&#8217;s new Publications Policy on Research Involving Human Participants and Subjects. Alleged violations of this policy or any ACM Publications Policy will be investigated by ACM and may result in a full retraction of your paper, in addition to other potential penalties, as per ACM <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/policies\/research-involving-human-participants-and-subjects\">Publications Policy<\/a>.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nPlease ensure that you and your co-authors obtain an <a href=\"https:\/\/orcid.org\/\">ORCID ID<\/a>, so you can complete the publishing process for your accepted paper.
